Ruth has held her real estate license since 2014. She specializes in first time home buyers and investment properties. Ruth manages over 47 dwellings in the Council Bluffs area. She spent time working for a local title company as both a Title Searcher and Closer and has an intimate knowledge of the Title Insurance and Abstracting processes.
